We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Maoi Swim pieces; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all hygienic liners and tags intact.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your swimwear in its original sustainable packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective hygiene strips are still attached.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
